In the coming months, you will start seeing a SmartHub logo on the materials we send you. SmartHub is
an innovative tool to help you manage your account. Through SmartHub, you will be able to securely
store your payment information to pay your bill with one quick click. You can also conveniently view your
current and past use history, contact customer service, and report and receive outage updates, all while
on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

What does this mean for you? It means you can maximize your time. SmartHub will create a “one-stop
shop” to help you efficiently manage your utility service from the comfort of your home all at one
site.
